Clearly seen better days
No one at desk when we arrived. When we found someone he couldn’t find our reservations and said he no longer worked with our booking website Expedia. Was unclear about payment process as a result. No water to shower in room. Restaurant was closed.

Abominable
Une véritable catastrophe avec un hôtel pas du tout entretenu, et ce depuis de longues années je pense. Si le personnel est sympathique, leur anglais est très approximatif et ils semblent passer leur journée autour de la piscine à écouter de la musique. La piscine est sale, les chambres sont encores pires. C'est simple: nous sommes proches de l'insalubrité. Et aucun ménage n'a été fait dans la chambre durant notre séjour (nous sommes restés 4 nuits). Le "restaurant" de l'hôtel ne dispose même pas de carte et le petit déjeuner est plus que concis, avec des produits qui ne semblent pas frais. Nous avons d"ailleurs souffert, ma compagne et moi, d'une sévère intoxication alimentaire suite à la prise d'un premier déjeuner. Nos soupçons portent sur l'ancienneté de l'huile de friture ... Nous avons donc décidé de ne plus manger à l'hôtel mais cela relève du parcours du combattant puisqu'il n'y a ni supermarché, ni même une épicerie aux alentours. Il est donc nécessaire de faire des aller-retour en ville (à 12km) ... De plus, personne n'est disponible entre approximativement 22h et 8h du matin et les frigos contenant l'eau sont fermés. Nous avons donc du attendre qu'un moniteur de plongée apparaisse vers 8h du matin pour pouvoir boire de l'eau (et il faisait plus de 40° jour et nuit ...). A propos de la chaleur, la clim de la chaleur fonctionnait bien mais était trop bruyante pour pouvoir dormir Bref, fuyez

à éviter
à notre arrivée, on nous explique que l'hôtel n'a aucun contrat avec hotels.com et qu'ils sont complets.... après avoir insisté, bizarrement il retrouve ma réservation. L'hotel étant apparement complet on nous donne une chambre sans clim (35 degrés la nuit...) alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec clim... Grosse arnaque néanmoins si nous avions la chambre que nous avions reservé, ça vaut le prix ! Dommage pour les mensonges, la mauvaise foi et le manque de professionalisme ! PS : un mec super sympa dans cet hotel, celui qui prépare les poissons grillés (très bon d'ailleurs)

Bedouin bad moon village
L’hôtel dispose d'un bel espace piscine, mais le service et l'organisation sont assez mauvais, au vu de la nonchalance et du manque de professionnalisme du staff. Le restaurant, si l'on peut appeler ça un restaurant, est à éviter!!! Nous n'avons pas essayer le club de plongée attenant.
