However, in order to ensure the reservation policy of our hoteland guest comfort, the maximum number of people has beendetermined for each room.Your reservation has been made for 4 people and a Junior Suiteroom has been booked.Since you came to our hotel with 5 people and you did notchange your reservation through hotels.com, your room wasupselled to a Corner suite because our Junior suites are for maximum 4 people, 51 m2 and have a single bathroom when our corner suites with a capacity of 5 people are the highest category room in our hotel. The corner suite has 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. The corner suite is 77 m2. Unfortunately, we must state that we cannot host guests above the room capacity. It is not possible because it poses a risk both in terms of human conditions and health. If you had changed your reservation to 5 people onbooking.com or if you had made a reservation for 5 people, itwould still require a fee difference and a room change.Though We would prefer you had a better experience at our hotel.
