The hotel is located in a central area with a lot of shopping alternatives. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very attentive and polite. Breakfast sis the best. The chief of staff Ms. Ayca in breakfast area is very helpful and makingeverything great. Thanks for everything.

Great service with a very nice refreshing room. Bed was super comfy and all amenities were provided. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful. One of the best hotels in Ankara.

No separate spa for men and women
The hotel was good but lacking for a 5-star. There was a spiderweb hanging from the ceiling which was missed by the cleaning staff. Overall 4/5. What was strange was that the sauna and hammam spa were co-ed. I was expecting separate spa for men and women in a 5-star facility. It was alet down to see a mixed use spa. The staff was great and Turkish hospitality is amazing.
