We really enjoyed our time here. The cabin was excellent and clean. What a surprise for us was we spotted so many kangaroos at night. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was clean. In the ad it said that there was a spa, but it didn't state that you had to pay to use it, also the fireplace heater was not functional, misleading advertisement.

Stayed in a six berth cottage. Bunks were small as stated on the website. Good size cottage. The tv connected to Foxtel which was a nice bonus. Shower and bed excellent. If staying with four kids over the age of 10 they might be too tall for the four smaller beds. Two older kids or four smaller kids would be okay. Double bed in a separate room and it was great.

Disappointing all round
Cabin 24 had a very strong smell of bleach when we arrived but this then gave way to a damp smell, seemingly coming from the bath flooring. The section in front of the spa was squishy under the feet and is clearly water damaged. The tap on the spa couldn't turn all the way to the hot side leaving the bath water luke warm and us having to use the kettle to improve the temperature. When evening came we tried to turn on the gas fireplace only to hear the next day from staff that it had been disconnected due to non compliance. When one of the main reasons we booked this cabin (and spent the money we did) was to enjoy the gas heater and spa, we were feeling very disappointed. During our 3 night stay the pool area was shut with no clear communication or prior explanation from staff at the caravan park. We also struggled to cook dinner with the front large gas burner not functioning and the gas oven very temperamental to light and stay lit. All in all a very disappointing accommodation experience. The only thing that saved our stay was the perfect location on the beach with sunny weather. Not happy.

LastMinute website showed gas log heater for the cabin we specifically booked for this feature, only to discover that they were disconnected and had been for a significant period of time! The actual accommodation website no longer lists these as a feature! Very disappointed by the false representation of our accommodation.

The park itself was beside the beach, with good incorporation of native bushland within and around it. The gas heater had a notice saying it was not working, due to changed regulations. There was no info about alternative heating, so we preumed there was none. We didn't notice the heat pump, so spent a freezing night and left very early the next morning.

The park was beautiful, however our cabin had a lot of things broken or shabby. The couch was really stained and we didn’t want to sit on it; lamps in the bunks missing (online images showed them to be there and all photos online looked way better than cabin was); flooring and curtains roughly cut and looked terrible; shower very cramped with no shelf to put toiletries on, and soap shelf slanted so soap kept falling on floor; kitchen table legs missing paint which looked really rough; bunk beds really cramped; all bedrooms cramped, felt hard to move; bedding felt like cheap, rough cotton sheets; patio chairs dirty; spider webs in ceiling; front screen door broken… all these things could be a minor fix to enhance a family’s stay. Staff friendly; easy check in and out. Wish I got to use the pool but hours not suitable. Should stay open longer for those avoiding kids in the pool. Not sure I’d visit this park again.

the park is great but the cabin needed some attention, a little run down and to be able to speak to the receptionist by phone- 4 voice messages left with no reply or email ( prior to visit ) was non existent, overall customer service was quite poor. But still a lovely park and we enjoyed our stay, thank you

BBQ were not working around the park. Cabin was missing towels, sheets and remote control for TV. Poor lighting on the road at night which made evening walks difficult. Hubby tripped once and most of us nearly trip multiple times. Great location, close to ocean The area is beautiful
