Stylish accommodation on Mallorca with private terrace and sea view (Villa SIKA)

This Mediterranean style accommodation is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
The stylish accommodation with modern comfort features a combined living / dining area with fireplace, two bedrooms and a spacious private terrace with a spiral staircase to the shared pool area. Waking up in the bedroom with panoramic windows overlooking the bay is a unique experience.
The accommodation is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only seven units we offer upscale amenities.

Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.

Great host so so place
The property has so much potential yet falls flat because of the construction going on out front of and next to the home. We were treated fairly when we requested to leave early because of the very very loud noise. It was unbearable. Such a shame but we also realize it’s not there fault. Do note there are ALOT of steep stairs to the property.

Overall the property is very nice. I would say this is the best unit out of all of them, a spiral staircase to the shared pool, a huge balcony overlooking everything. The unit was very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you could want. The bbq that is included is a charcoal bbq and not propane, this should have been noted as we picked up bbq food but no charcoal as it wasn't listed until we arrived. There are 117 stairs to unit 74 B so be prepared for that. The biggest downfall right now is there are 4 cranes in front of you obstructing your view of the sea and mountain side. I wish we would have known this ahead of time because we would have changed places. We had an issue and messaged the owner and it was sorted out ASAP.

Beautiful shared pool and property over all! We had a chef come out to fix dinner one night. Kitchen worked well for this and the patio made for a beautiful space to enjoy dinner

Even though the weather was raining and a bit cold, we had a wonderful visit. Las Escalades was as beautiful as th pictures. Be ready for some steps! The homes are built in the side of the mountain and therefore there are a lot steps up and down to your apartment. There is an elevator for your luggage which was very helpful. The house was well equipped and we were thankful it had a fireplace since the weather was not so good.

Nice, clean, warm apartment with sea view.
As it was out of the season there were Lot of construction traffic and noise. Also couple small things like rusty barbecue and only two rolls of toilet papers. Remember to bring your own ones with you. Also very strong smell of air refreshing or cleaning chemicals. Even though we removed all five sockets plugged items the smell just stayed all week. From master bedroom you have straight view to lower apartments pool area.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit grandiosem Ausblick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Das einzige kleine Minus war die steile Treppe um zur Wohnung zu gelangen, welche mit Lind auf dem Arm sehr anstrengend ist, aber hält fit 😉 der Aufzug ist eher ein Lastenaufzug und dauert sehr lange sodass man schneller gelaufen ist.

Bin sehr zufrieden die unkomplizierte Abwicklung online auch während dem Aufenthalt war gut.
Der Vermieter lebt auch auf dem Gelände und ist präsent. So sind Fragen schnell beantwortet. Fühlten uns sehr wohl . Nur die 5 Kräne und Bauarbeiter waren tagsüber etwas störend. Doch das geht bald vorbei. Wenn man sich darauf einstellt ist es kein Problem, Die wunderbare Sicht auf das Meer und die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit soviel Liebe zum Detail spricht für sich. Wir komnen wieder.
