Clean and spacious. Third time staying here and highly recommend as it has bunk beds for bigger families staying in one room. Always clean and close to Disneyland. The area feels safe as well.

The staff was very rude. When I was checking in all of my cards declined and the front desk manager embarrassed me in front of everyone and told me to go down the street to the bank because I have no money. They are very unprofessional and could care less about their customers. Turns out it was there systems that were tweaking and not me credit cards. I called immediately after that experience and stalled and never called me back. Their beds feel like dorm beds without a mattress topper. Floor in room was not swept. Mirror with LED light in room bathroom was broken. Terrible experience, I do not suggest staying here even if they just renamed and remodeled. SERVICE SUCKS.

Well first of all this isn’t the Radisson anymore. It’s the VIV hotel by Marriott. I’m glad Marriott bought this property and now it’s under new management. Our experience was 5 stars and I highly suggest going to the rooftop for food or drinks. Great food and worth the prices. View is beautiful. The room was modern and clean. New technology including a nice big LG tv you can stream to. I love this place. Also 2 pools, upstairs and downstairs.

Room could have been cleaner, that was my main critique. Coffee shop is great and has reasonable prices, gift shop has great items. Kids pool is the best- heated and 3.5 feet all around. Nice stay.
