We can also appreciate that affordability is important to you and we regret that you felt the accommodation was overpriced, keeping in mind the 295 was inclusive of 4 people cabin and we still feel our park is still the most affordable accommodation in our area considering its amazing location and also being a peak period over the school holidays.Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one and we wish you all the best and hope that you may consider staying with us again some day.

The Queen Cabin you stayed in doesn't have a sofa and we try to make this as transparent as possible with the images used online so that our guests can see exactly what the accommodation looks and meets their expectations on arrival. The particular cabin you stayed in is one of our more basic studio style cabins. I would recommend trying one of our 1 & 2 Bedroom Villas or 2 Bedroom Holiday Homes as they more room and all have sofa's in them for more comfort.We want to thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you again on your next holiday adventure.

We can appreciate that making the spare beds can be bothersome, however unlike a hotel our other beds are not always utilised in every reservation, so in order to meet strict hygiene regulations we issue fresh linen packs at check-in to those guests who have included them in their reservations. Although not every tourist park operates this way, this is not an uncommon practice in tourist parks. We are also sorry to hear that the pool closed on the day of your stay, however this was unexpected and necessary due to a young child defecating in the pool. The pool has to be chemically treated when this happens and this takes a number of hours to do unfortunately. We advise guests with young children that they must wear a swimming nappy but unfortunately some guests ignore instructions. Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one and we wish you all the best and hope that you may consider staying with us again some day.

We regret to hear that the cabin you stayed in didn't meet your expectations, we had upgraded you for free from the Studio Queen Cabin you had booked (which doesn't have a sofa) to a 2 Bedroom Villa as we thought your family would like the extra space but we are sorry to hear that it still felt cramped. We would highly recommend staying in our 2 Bedroom Holiday Homes if you were wanting a larger living area and larger TV. We are as transparent as possible with the images we used online so that guests know exactly what they are paying for. You booked our most basic cabin and unfortunately none of our cabins have bedheads which is visible on in the images on this booking platform. At check in, before seeing your room, you requested an upgrade as you were expecting a special friend and we happily accommodated you free of charge. We regret to hear that you had issues with the bed moving in your cabin, we don’t usually have this issue but we thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, due to a few different reasons, it just wasn’t possible to change them over immediately in your cabin and we were unable to move you to a different cabin at the time. Once again we regret that your experience with us was a negative one but we wish you all the best.
