Enjoy this eclectic home as your own when you stay in Albury! It is centrally located in a blue chip neighbourhood, less than 15 minutes walk to the CBD. It is pet-friendly with two courtyards, and is beautifully appointed- you won't be disappointed.

It sleeps 6 in two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with a single bed and trundle underneath that can be rolled out. Ideal for three singles, two couples or a family of up to 6.

Comprising three spacious bedrooms (two queen and one with a single bed and trundle underneath for a sixth person), all including reverse cycle split system heating and air conditioning and robes. The main bedroom showcases a large walk in robe with an abundance of storage, plus an exquisite ensuite featuring a clawfoot bath, shower and vanity. The second bathroom is also impressive. The laundry is separately appointed with a special doggy door.

To meet the lifestyle of the entertainer is an open plan modern kitchen, dining and living area equipped with a dishwasher, large oven with gas cooktop, a butlers pantry and a large reverse cycle split system. The study nook is an added bonus!

Outdoors offers a gorgeous private provincial courtyard accessible from the main bedroom and living area, perfect to sit back and enjoy a drink whilst soaking up the sunset! The house is pet-friendly but would suit smaller dogs better.

Second courtyard with access from laundry and second bedroom. There is a double carport at the rear of the property for secure parking.

Good position to visit Albury
Clean and tidy no clutter or leftovers from other renters but had the basics. Air conditioners in every room.Double car space undercover. Two walk in robes in each of the queen bedrooms. Linen and towels provided were clean and of good quality. Good communication with the host.’

A rare and delightful find for those with small dogs
I find that having cavoodles (dogs) travel with you somehow works synonymous with a lesser standard of accommodation. This place was a pleasant surprise. It was nice, had space, a full kitchen, a bbq, laundry and outdoor enclosed area. Bed was comfortable and great amenities. Kitchen could do with a few more basics like hand towel (to clean the bbq), foil, extra teaspoons, some containers, tissues but otherwise very well equipped and everything was clean. Reverse cycle split systems in the bedrooms, the lounge one is a bit older and needed a longer burst on high to cool down on a really hot day but just a "to note" fact to assist and not an issue. Overall a great find which we'll add to our list for when up the area. Thank you for having us stay.

Quiet, cosy and pet friendly. We had a lovely comfortable stay!
We had a relaxing, comfortable stay. And we all felt a home, it was quiet and our dogs loved their stay too!
