↬ Our Guests have access to the entire unit along with all the resort has to offer including 2 x pools/ one pool located at the restaurant/bar area (anchor bar) where you will also find the hot tub, the other pool is located a few levels up from this block and to the right. restaurant, bar, pool table.

↬ The restaurant/ bar is called The Anchor Bar they offer our guest a discount with your in room discount cards, enjoy a cocktail or cold drink game of pool & some of the best food you will find in the Whitsundays while enjoying the amazing ocean views.

↬ There is a coin operated laundry mat (washing machine & dryer). & there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony

↬This unit is situated in a resort in the heart of airlie Beach on a hill that overlooks the Ocean, Airlie Beach & port of Airlie Marina with amazing views.

↬ There is 6 blocks of units going up the hill this unit is in the 4th one, hence it’s away from any noise from the main pool/ bar and restaurant area. easy access to the 2nd pool and laundary mat.

↬ We provide self check in is after 2pm and keys will be in a locked box just outside your unit door all information will be sent 2 days and or at the time of booking.

↬ We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier.
THIS IS NOT A SERVICED UNIT we provide a starter kit only.

↬ If you are travelling with boats, camper trailers, jet skis ect- Nathan and kris the directors / owners of Holiday in the Whitsundays (HITW) live on a large property 5 min from Airlie Beach that offer storage services for $50 per booking.
↬ Our aim is for your comfort and enjoyment, and if we can add to that in any way please let us know.
↬ The front door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you, so you don't lock yourself out. Great idea is to keep a key in the locked box at all times and just use the spare key that's inside to unit.
↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit please keep food in the fridge or in zip tight bags..

↬NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.

↬PARKING: is available off and on street no reserve parking.

↬GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden and or off the veranda.

↬PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.

↬KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.

↬SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.

↬TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.

Loved the view of the water. Liked having the cockatoos visit. TV wasn’t working unfortunately but no other issues 🙂
