The Managers are having trouble getting the cleaning staff to do their jobs properly. When we checked into our room, we found the kitchenette bin hadn't been emptied from the last guests! It was full of smelly rubbish - and had been there a couple of days! The Manager was very apologetic and fixed it up immediately. But the place needs a good tidy up and general maintenance - gardens are a mess. We had two cockroaches in the bathroom, so clearly pest control isn't being kept up! A shame because the location is amazing.

Hi Michelle I am very sorry that you had this experience. This certainly has been a 1st for us. We do have a maintenance/grounds man that comes in twice a week to do the repairs. Also we do get pest control on a regular basis, but thank you for letting us know about these problems.

This was a great location. Close to the beach, restUarants and shops. It was a good size and the manager was very informative and accommodating.

Close to beach and cafes/ restaurants. No pool but the beach is only 200 meters away. Top motel, we have stayed there on two occasions but will definately return.

Very well set up room with good amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. I found the room a little noisy. We closed the windows and put the ac on then it was pleasant.

Older accommodation but overall not a bad place to stay. The cleaning could be a little better, mould in bathroom. And spiders and cobwebs around the lights need attention. Towels smelt weird also

Very close to the beach, playground and shops. Small, basic kitchenette (no stovetop). Clean and functional. Friendly and helpful reception team. Met our needs for a one night stay.

It was so clean and comfortable; especially the pillows! Having the kitchenette was excellent, too. Plenty of hot water, big-size tv. Good curtains for a restful sleep

An initial mix up with rooms was sorted out quickly. Our family room was dated and small but very clean, good linen and towels provided daily. A fan would be helpful. The location is perfect.
