Very enjoyable stay.
Since the motel has been majorly updated it is a great place to stay. Modern, clean and new fittings made the stay comforting and pleasurable.

Recently upgraded and facilities very good. Great location. Check in is messy as you have to go another hotel next door and then back track to motel carpark. Booked for 2 people but only one face washer provided. No spare pillows provided. Could not get TV to work and when rang reception for help were put through to yet another hotel. Was given incorrect information about breakfast as this was available at the one we checked into but reception at the second wrongly quoted for their establishment. Confused? So were we. Also charged extra fee for using credit card without being informed of this. When these issues were brought up at check out we were given excuses and advised that we were at fault for not seeking help. Will not be returning.

it was a little far from central neighborhood, but room is great, the restaurant next door is great and on-site parking made trip easier.

Good location, close to South Terrace tram station (in free zone) and walkable distance to any part of the CBD. Rooms are recently renovated and look great, clean and comfortable beds.

Three Day Stay
Nice stay. Rooms tidied each day. Clean and comfortable. Able to use pool at the Hotel Alba next door. Free parking is what I'm always looking for wherever I stay, which is available here. Short walk to tram into Adelaide.

We booked a stay for a couple weeks as we moved into the area. The floors were filthy in the room, turning our socks brown. The soundproofing they note in their photos are a lie; one of the noisiest stays I ever had in a hotel. No amenities in the motel, you had to trek over to one of the hotels for laundry, drinks, etc. Staff seemed snooty. Don't book, much less through a third party site, as the front desk staff does not honor note made in your file for early cancelation request.

I will share your feedback with our housekeeping team and will work on improving our cleaning standards. As the name suggest our property is a motel style accommodation with no dining outlets but we do offer our guests dining/laundry options through our sister properties located on each end of the Motel. With regards to your cancellation request we did have notes on your booking but booking being prepaid with a third party site unfortunately has to go through the website for refunds. We recommend making a direct booking next time so we can always assist with last minute changes. RegardsRonu

We requested an downstairs room because we had heavy luggage, but we were told because the type of room we booked were all upstairs rooms, so we weren’t given any options to have a downstairs room, even though the motel was pretty empty. The room was clean and nice, the location was good. But metal stairs could be noisy in the morning.The city is small, we talked to the shopping area and back no problem.
