Our beds were rubbish and old with stains. Our neighbours were complaining about dog urine smell in their cabin and were not happy. In morning other guests had their dogs inside cabins. The Manager used a fire hose to water lawns and plants.

I liked that it was so close to everything, made our stay very easy when visiting the zoo and going shopping into the city.

Stayed here a couple of times and it’s as good every time. Comfortable, quiet and very welcoming to people with different needs and even my assistance dog feels at home here.

Easy to find. Easy to check-in. Cabins are tiny. Bathroom was nice. 6 berth basic cabin didn't even have a couch, it was really small and not suited to 6 people. Main bed rolled around the room with no stoppers and had no privacy from the rest of the cabin. No storage. Small car barely fit in the car spot next to cabin. No playground or kids facilities. Pool was not heated and unable to be used in winter. We went during off peak and our dance club from VIC booked half the park, they increased their prices to more than double. I've paid less for much nicer parks. I don't ever give negative feedback but it is needed in this case. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms pictured when booking was not what we got. Ridiculously small cabins & parking spots were very difficult to get in & out of. Staff were rude. Would not recommend staying there.

Everything was great. Bed was on wheels which proved a little annoying, bed side tables would have been good too. Other than that little nit-pick everything was great and will definitely come back 👍

Our unit was unfortunately very average. Quite a bit of maintenance required. We do however love the convenience of where the park is situated & having the option to cater ourselves rather than eat out the whole trip.

Nice quiet park well positioned within the city area. Cabins are alright, furniture is outdated. Bedding in the villa is advertised as a king size bed when in actual fact it’s two king singles pushed together.

The park is a great location but the cabin was filthy. There was a half eaten pizza in one of the bunks and the kids white socks were black within minutes of walking on cabin floor. The “2 bedroom cabin” neglected to mention that one of the bedrooms was in the kitchen. I expected more than this for almost $300 a night.
