"Wonderful stay in Rome"
We had a great stay in Rome and the Palazzo Montemartini was responsible for a large part of our enjoyment. Their customer service is excellent and Andrea and Giorgia, two of the hotel's managers, are committed making sure their guests have a pleasurable experience. They are very worthy of their 5 star rating.

"Fabulous hotel! "
Me and my boyfriend came for a short break for his birthday and was very impressed with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, only a short drive away to the main tourist attractions. I would definitely say this hotel is 5 star! Only fault i would say is the price of the food and drink in the hotel is very expensive but other than that i am a happy customer!

"great hotel that justifies the price"
excellent and very pleasing and accomodating staff. Room had a great view, clean, warm and complete. The restaurant had a superb view. The menu at night could be considered expensive, but the quality was outstanding (at the end, you pay for the quality you want). Breakfast was complete, with long service hours (no need to rush in the morning, because you will not miss it). There was a lady that made a great capuccino (my wife and myself ended having three every morning) I did not miss anything nor can think of anything that could be improved

"Great location, great staff "
Very good location, staff very nice but older style rooms are not 5 star, they're ok but looking tired. If I had payed much more than I did I would have been disappointed with the room. We were however given the option to upgrade to the lovely new rooms for €120 euros per night. The new rooms look much more like the 5 star the hotel is aiming for and better suit the foyer etc but the upgrade cost was a little steep for us.

"Pleasant stay."
This was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great with lots of choice and good service. I did think that the food and drink menu was quite expensive and did not encourage you to stay in the hotel. The carpet in the room was a bit stained near the balcony which did not look good. Also shoudl have soem facility for ironing as the prices for getting a shirt ironed etc were very expensive and there was no other choice.
