"This resort had so many things to do, I was never bored i my 7 day stay. They had great service, food, entertainment for th ewhole family. They had a sports bar for my husband, a kids club, a water park, and kiddie pools for he kids. They had a casino, and many stores for us who love to shop. It was amazing. "

Their service was impeccable, and they made dining a pleasure every time. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. Carla, the concierge, was also wonderful. She booked our dinner reservations and ensured everything was perfect for our special evening. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her assistance was greatly appreciated. The Blue Team was great with their activities, ensuring everyone had fun. The room is a little outdated but cleaned and property is well maintained. The food was excellent and has wide variety of options. Lastly, Francia from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ocean Blue and Sand for a fantastic vacation experience. The staff, especially Jairo, Luis, Jose, Carla of Concierge, Polin, and Francia, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay."
