"Amazing place to stay! Close to every major land mark! Super close to any public transportation. The only complain is how dirty the carpets were"

"The hotel is not surprisingly great, but what makes it truly outstanding is the smile and attention of every single person working there. I travel a lot and have seldom seen such a high level crew. Best of the best!
PS: Special thanks to the team at the Palm Restaurant that worked with us for the High Tea on Friday afternoon, worth every penny."

"So absolutely thrilled with everything about the Cumberland hotel. It fit all our needs and I’m so glad we chose this hotel as our first ever as we visited the UK for the first time. Thank you! "

Excellent place for a weeklong vacation; loved it.
"We stayed for a weeklong couples vacation and were thrilled with our choice. It was the perfect location -- centrally located but not too touristy, walkable to nearly everything, and close to the underground if you got tired. The room was pristine and really beautiful. The unit was extremely clean and the cleaners did a great job everyday. Our only complaints (extremely minor, would not impact our decision to stay here again) was that the shower water pressure was a bit less than we're used to and the shower only had a partial door, which meant a lot of water leaked into the bathroom since the floor wasn't sloped. But otherwise, 10/10, no changes. We also loved both the Nest (their bar) and Madera (the restaurant). It was great that both were open late when we were tired but still wanted a drink. We didn't hear any noise and the blackout shades were excellent."
