5/5 Excellent
"The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially
the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport."

"Had to be one of, if not the best hotel we have stayed at in all of Vietnam. Very beautiful and spacious. Staff were amazing and truly make this place shine!"
"The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel.
The service is overall excellent.
I will come back at my next visit."
"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "
"This is a busy tourist hotel and many large groups arrive and depart by the busload, so with two small elevators, you can wait a bit before being able to go down as people are checking out. The breakfast buffet is OK. The hotel is located by a side street down which are several very good restaurants and it's across the street from very popular and excellent coffee shops."
