"Staff messaged us early about parking and advised us to call just before arrival so they could assist with finding the right parking lot. Tony was working the Front Reception and met us in parking lot and carried both our suitcases up for us. Tony advised us where to eat in Split. Later upon our return informed me all about the rich history of Croatia. It was an absolute pleasure hearing all his stories! Breakfast was great and hotel has a very good coffee machine with many selections. Nice small hotel with nice rooms that are a good size. Great location and tallest building so easy to spot from anywhere in the harbour area. "

"The hotel was lovely. I stayed in April 24 not everywhere was open locally for the season. But i did find some lovely places for eating and drinking. The hotel was a 10 min walk to the bus stop which was then a 10 min crowded bus ride to old town. Not a 10 min walk i had been advised. I was on a city break so didnt use the pool area at the hotel but it looked lovely"

Overall, we give 10/10 rating for our stay, judging from room cleanliness, facility (we love the spa, saunas and swimming pool), best buffet breakfast with so many varieties of food to choose from. Located in a great location (15 minutes from the airport; 12 minutes to town via Uber/Bolt Service; 1 hour 30 minutes to Montenegro). Will definitely stay here again if we do visit Dubrovnik again! "Everyone in the hotel was professional and pleasant from the moment we walked into the hotel. They made us feel at home. Very clean hotel and excellent food. We really liked Igor in the restaurant. All of the servers and staff were awesome. Best location . Had a wonderful time and sorry to leave. Try the gnocchi and chicken cacciatore , just amazing and the breakfast buffet is incredible.
