"Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy in paradise. We are a family of 4 and spent 6 nights in a beach front Bure and we loved it. Beds were comfortable and a short walk to the main beach,bar and eating area. The food was good, you wont go hungry. We took some snacks but didn't need all of them. We also took 18 bottles of water which we used up over the 6 nights (Saved some money not buying on the island). Overall it's a real family atmosphere and we made friends with other families. Snorkeling is twice daily, but you can just relax on the beach and take a dip when you get to hot. The room is cleaned daily and everything was better than we expected. Just being in the Beautiful clear water looking around is just amazing! We will be back. Staff are very friendly and like family. The only problem we had was the pickup service and boat to the island, I organised a pickup from our airbnb but the transport went to the wrong place even though they had the address, so we had to quickly find a taxi to the port."

"Purpose: Babymoon We booked the bure with a private plunge pool and I must say, I think it is one of the best rooms we have stayed at. The room itself is great, the private plunge pool is topped up every day and the setup makes it seem like you are in a private area all the way to the beach. The views from the room are so good you can sit on the bed, look over the patio, grass and beach and watch sunset (or you can walk down to watch it every night). The hotel food is good and room service is great. Beach is tidal, so low tide you won't be swimming in the ocean, but the main pool is great. High tide is great for snorkelling and their underwater museum. The spa was great, my wife had 3 pregnancy massages while we were there and I had 1. The surf trip was great and takes a few hours. Free paddle boarding, kayaking etc is great too. Staff are friendly, welcoming and entertaining. I was tossing up a few different places for our babymoon and this was amazing. 100% recommend. Its a short trip from the main land and I recon of the places I have stayed in Fiji this was the best. "

"I'm writing this from the Tokoriki restaurant which abuts a calm sea with a view of the island where Tom Hanks hung out with a volleyball in Castaway. But it is not the view (which is spectacular), or the large villas right on the beach (which are amazing) that make this place a 5-star experience. What makes this place a 5-star paradise is the staff. Somehow EVERYONE knows your name immediately. This in itself is quite a feat because the staff outnumbers the guests. (Someone really knows their Dale Carnagie!) They greet every guest with a welcome song and announce every guest's departure at dinner accompanied by a good-bye song. It rained quite a bit while we were here, but we did sneak in some incredible snorkling just yards from the hotel. My only tiny complaint is that it would be nice if they offered some relevant exercise classes--I'm thinking like yoga or mindfulness--but I imagine that is on the way since they are in the process now of building a gym. As I'm writing this another helicopter just landed carrying new guests...can't wait to see their reaction when the entire staff shows up to welcome them!"
