"The young man at front desk was very nice. This is a hostel. My first time at one. Was good for a quick stay while waiting for later flight but I wouldn’t stay again personally. But if you do hostels I guess it’s good "
"Had a great stay here. Great location in downtown. So many bars and restaurants you can walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the double queen room. Very spacious and clean. They have a decent gym. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I didn't know that a lot of places in Chicago do that."
