The Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas, which has been closed since May of this year, will be rebranded and reopened during the early months of 2011.
Dolce Hotels and Resorts is in charge of bringing the hotel back. Located near the edge of the metropolitan area, the property fits Dolce's mold by giving visitors a great deal of space to relax and enjoy themselves.
The hotel sits on 15 acres of land and offers guests 349 rooms in brilliantly styled Mediterranean architecture with clay-tile roofs and arched doorways.
Steven A. Rudnitsky, Dolce President and Chief Executive Officer, said his company is excited about the opportunity to work with one of the finest Las Vegas hotels.
"We look forward to managing our first Las Vegas property and working with the Lake Las Vegas community to help revitalise this charming destination," he said.
In addition to providing fabulous guest rooms and stunning natural beauty, the soon-to-be opened property boasts a 30,000-square-foot spa and fitness centre which is sure to delight travelers.
The property is also equipped to handle a variety of special events such as weddings and reunions.
