Bangkok, Thailand, will welcome its very first Crowne Plaza Hotel & Resort this January, reports Travel Daily News.
Housed between the 21st and 32nd floors of a complex tower, 241 rooms will offer guests who stay at the Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park a sense of style and luxury on their vacation.
Located in the Silom area of Bangkok, the hotel is close to many attractions, including the Siam Paragon Mall.
Guests are invited to take advantage of the many dining options available on the property. A large pool along with a spa offer guests the chance to relax after a day of sightseeing or a hectic business meeting.
Whether in Bangkok for business or leisure, Australian travelers should enjoy the city vistas in each room thanks to the hotel's occupation of high-level floors and large windows.
"This hotel provides the perfect launch pad for the Crowne Plaza brand in Thailand," said General Manager, Mark Winterton.
Spokespeople for InterContinental, which owns Crowne Plaza hotels, said the company plans to open many other hotels in the area as it hopes it expand its hospitality in Southeast Asia.
