Know before you book
- Customers are subject to inform about any medical conditions of concern to the spa reception upon arrival.
- Customers with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin infections or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited from exercising Onsen facilities.
- Customers with cancer, skin infection, bone-related symptoms or after surgery (less than 1 month) are prohibited for spa treatments.
- Female customers during pregnancy or menstruation are prohibited from using Onsen facilities and spa treatments.
- Children aged under 10 years are not allowed to enter the facilities unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Children aged over 4 years accompanied by the same gender parent or guardian are allowed to use the onsen facilities.
- Spa treatments are recommended for adults over 15 years old.
- The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognised by the attraction.
