・Maze Town
You will visit this intricate and sleepy town that was built during the Northern and Southern Dynasties (the 14th century) to the invasion of enemies. The labyrinth paths of the town lead to the Seiko-ji Buddhist temple, a Sacred Pilgrimage temple site in Shodoshima.
Along the way you will tour the house of the quarry magistrate, which was a significant site during the time when the moat rocks were quarried and brought to Osaka Castle approximately 100 km away via the Seto Inland Sea during the 17th century.
Adjacent to Maze Town, you will tour the Dofuchi Strait, a Guinness Book Record certified site as the narrowest strait in the world.

・Yokai Art Museum
In the midst of Maze Town sits the unique Yokai Art Museum and its galleries which showcase over 800 monsters from all over the world. Enjoy a gentle stroll around Maze Town and visit Yokai Art galleries located throughout the town. These galleries were once either local residences and/or fisherman's warehouses. This tour offers you the opportunity to observe and enjoy unique art and some of Japan’s amazing architecture.

・Tomioka Hachiman Shinto Shrine
Over 300 year-old Tomioka Hachiman Shinto Shrine is located at the summit of Tonosho Tomioka Mountain. The shrine enshrines an ancient tomb from the Yaoi period (300 B.C. and 200 A.D). From this site, relish the scenic view of the island’s favourite Angel Road beach.
At the rear of the shrine is located a terraced rock “box seats” amphitheatre, where locals have enjoyed viewing the local harvest festivals for centuries.
