We will gather in our cosy kitchen before leaving with our local foodie to visit the famous and vibrant food market at the Plaza de Lugo in city centre Coruña. We will see the varieties of sea food and fish just coming from the boats and ready for selling. We will be immersed in the trading environment with locals. A great opportunity for learning about the Galician gastronomic culture. The guide will buy all products we will need for the cooking session and we will return to our kitchen just few minutes walking from the market. Once there we will be ready for roll up our sleeves and start cooking. We will finish eating everything we have prepared with a glass o local wine, red or white, is up to you. Are you in?
