Lonely Planet Guide Book Coupon Terms & Conditions

1. This Coupon is offered by Expedia, Inc or is related body corporate (“Expedia”). This Coupon applies only to the purchase of accommodation made through Expedia.com.au . The Coupon is available for use only by Australian residents over the age of 18.
2. This single-use Coupon is valid for a discount of $25 towards a booking made through Expedia.com.au for an “Expedia Special Rate” hotel (i.e., a hotel designated as such in hotel search results on Expedia.com.au) valued at $100 or more.
3. To redeem the Coupon,first visit Expedia.com.au and log in. If you are not a member of Expedia.com.au, you must register as a member in order to redeem the Coupon. Once you are logged in the following will apply:
   • you must first search for a hotel according to the relevant criteria (ie a hotel designated with “Expedia Special Rate”. Upon identifying the hotel you wish to book, click the “Book it” link. On the next page you will see a link titled “I have a coupon”. Click on this link and enter the unique code from the voucher you received you’re your Lonely Planet Guide purchase and then click “Apply and re-price”.
4. Participating hotels may change at any time without notice at the discretion of Expedia.com.au. Please refer to Expedia.com.au to search for participating hotels.
5. Subject always to clause 3 above, the Coupon can be used only for hotels available at the time of purchase.
6. Coupons are valid as of 9:00 AM (AEST) 19 May 2008 and must be used by 11:59 PM (AEST) on 31 December 2008, for travel from 19 May 2008 to 31 December 2008.
7. Limit one (1) Coupon per booking.
8. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and all applicable terms and conditions.
9. Coupon may not be combined with or applied to other coupons, promotions or special offers.
10. All taxes, fees, charges, and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person charges, parking fees, phone and other charges to the room and incidentals, are applicable to your reservation, and this Coupon cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time of reservation or to the hotel directly, and they are the responsibility solely of the customer. Coupon cannot be applied to the cost of cancellation or change penalties, prepaid reservations, administrative fees, or other miscellaneous charges.
11. Coupon will be deemed fully used once a qualifying reservation has been made, and will not be returned or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled. If travel dates are changed after the use of Coupon, then the Coupon will not apply to the changed travel schedule if it falls outside the dates for which this Coupon is valid.
12. Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Expedia, Inc.
13. This Coupon cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced. Expedia is not liable for Coupons that are lost or stolen.
14. Coupon is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, prizes, payment of accounts or credit.
15. Coupon can be amended or revoked at any time.
16. Coupon is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
