Good but it could be better
we had couple of minor but annoying issues. We asked for an Iron and board and they didn’t have it. And to clean a shirt would cost 5.00 Euros!!!! Which is about $7.50!!!! Also there are no ice machines on the floor.

we enjoy staing in 10plaza hotel,the location very good,the breckfast very good, the service in the front desk very helpful they resarve any group trip you need.

Needs refurbishment
The hotel room was very comfortable, but needed decorating as the paint was peeling from the walls, the air-conditioning unit dropped its condense into the ceiling cavity and caused a small flood on the floor, but this was cleared up by the hotel very quickly
