Not impressed with Hilton
Niagara Falls in Canada is awesome, however Hilton was very disappointing, view was highly overrated, room was cleaned but furnuture was old, chairs upholstery was ripped, broken ice machine on out floor, personal who do not seemed to care.

loved it!!
We were very pleased with the hotel. All the employees were very pleasant and accomodating with everything. It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would recommend highly!!

Great Location for Family Fun
This was a great hotel and we had a room with a view of the Falls-Magnificent! The elevators got a little backed up but nothing to complain about. The concierge service was more than friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the bellmen to the valet persons to the maids were so nice--good customer service all around! We’ll definitely be staying here again sometime in the future. Great price for the room we had --- a 2-bedroom suite with a pullout couch--very comfortable and spacious. Within walking distance to the Falls, the attractions at Clifton Hill and places to eat.
