Nice Hotel for the Money

Considering the low price you pay to stay here, this hotel is actually quite a good value. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself is perfectly nice (if rather spartan.) I think the best thing about the hotel was the staff - without exception, everyone I dealt with at the hotel was friendly, conscientious, and very, very helpful. The location of the hotel, however is rather a mixed bag. On the one hand, it’s very centrally located - downtown Adelaide is a convenient, short walk away, and it’s only about 15 minutes away from the airport by shuttle or taxi, On the other hand, it’s on a street which is pretty notorious for its partying. The weeknights I was at the hotel, this was fine, but on the Friday and Saturday nights I was there, there was really loud partying going on until 5 in the morning. So if you’re traveling on a weekend, and sleep is a priority, I’d recommend staying in another neighborhood - but nonetheless, the hotel itself was very nice, and overall I’d recommend it!

Dark dingy place

This hotel barely meets the conditions set out in the specs. Pretty grim place with no common meeting greeting area. Basicaly just rooms with one preson on a small reception desk. Central location, polite enough reception person but the hotel is pretty shoddy condition. Parking is accross the road. Food supplied from a cafe outside the hotel.

Not sure if I would go back.

The reception staff were very nice and eficient. When we walked into our room it appeared very basic but clean. The beds need replacing because of wear on the springs. I was glad it was winter because the air conditioner in our room was totally broken and needs to be replaced. On the day we arrived we didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner or soap in the bathroom. This was rectified on day 2.
