just what we needed
we flew to dublin for a few days and got in late in the evening and left early in the morning, so a hotel close to the airport was ideal for us. we got an excellent price for 3 nights and their complimentary shuttle was great. we took the shuttle to the airport and then caught a bus into dublin city center. it was about 30 min. away, but was easy to get to and then we took the bus back to the airport & caught the shuttle again. it worked out great for us, but i’m sure it wouldn’t work for everyone. the bus from the airport to the city center was only 10 per day for 2 of us (family pass), so it was pretty inexpensive and the cheap hotel price was totally worth it. we also took the train to some nearby coastal towns like Howth, Sandycove & Bray. Howth was definitely our favorite. We loved Dublin!

choose a different place
Unreliable bus service for late flights. Tired, grumpy people manning the desk at midnight. Most uncomfortable bed. Could not wait to leave.
