Lobster panzerotti (ravioli-like stuffed pasta); venison loin over polenta; seared duck breast with squash puree; and risotto with butternut squash, pancetta, rosemary, and 25-year-old balsamic vinegar are all memorable. Chef-owner Suzette Gresham is responsible for the kitchen's high standards, and co-owner Giancarlo Paterlini oversees the superb list of Italian wines.
