A vast selection of mildly spiced northern Indian food is on the menu here, along with excellent meats (the lamb is especially good) and breads from the tandoor ovens, as well as a range of vegetarian dishes. Although the kitchen sometimes stumbles and the staff is occasionally overbearing, the elegantly appointed dining room goes a long way in soothing disappointment.
