Isa Young, talented chef Luke Sung and his wife, Kitty, run this tiny storefront restaurant, which has a heated, candlelit back patio. The menu is divided into small and large plates, all of them French-style tapas meant to be shared. The menu changes seasonally but might offer such exquisite dishes as sea bass wrapped in paper-thin potato slices, mussels in white-wine-and-shallot broth, pasta with basil and eggplant, and seared foie gras atop a bed of sautéed fruit. The wine list, smartly crafted and including plenty of by-the-glass choices, complements the food.
