A renovated hay barn off the main drag houses this mecca for gourmands (open until 6 PM). There are three separate businesses here: a stand showcasing local organic fruits and vegetables; a shop selling artisanal cheeses from around the world (including some made in the building, at the famed Cowgirl Creamery); and a kitchen drawing on both of its neighbors' products to create exquisite sandwiches, salads, and soups. You can eat at a café table or on the lawn, but most people take their picnics out to more-scenic spots.
