Le Reminet Chandeliers and mirrors add an unexpected grace note to this mellow bistro set in a narrow salon with stone walls and run by a friendly couple. The menu changes regularly and displays the young chef's talent with dishes like prawn ravioli with coconut milk and grilled lamb with a cumin-and-red-pepper crust. Desserts are equally inventive: don't even try to resist the mini baba au rhum with panfried winter fruits and maniguette (a.k.a. grains of paradise) pepper. You can score a deal with the EUR13 prix-fixe lunch menu served on Monday, Thursday, and Friday, but the EUR50 tasting menu would make a memorable indulgence. Reservations essential.
