Maison Blanche

The celebrated Pourcel twin brothers preside over this edgy "White House," which basks in its show-off view across Paris from the top floor of the Théâtre du Champs-Élysées. Typical of the globe-trotting, southern-inspired fare are lobster with mango and duck "ham" in vanilla-infused olive oil; rack of lamb roasted with sesame, served with a date fricassee; and a raspberry, chocolate, and mascarpone "spring roll" with berry coulis. In keeping with the snow-white setting, staff can be rather frosty. Reservations essential. Métro: Franklin-D.-Roosevelt.
