Polo Room Polo Room, on the first floor of a building in a sleepy street off the Champs-Élysées, was the very first martini bar in Paris. The American owner targets a business clientele (and we're not talking startups) with a New York-ish vibe. There are polo photos on the wall, a 36-foot bar, and a selection of 28 different martinis (who can resist the Martini Chocolat?). There are also regular live jazz concerts and DJs every Friday and Saturday night. Métro: George V. Address 3 rue Lord Byron, 8e, Paris, FrancePhone 01-40-74-07-78
