La Favela Chic was one of the bars that made Oberkampf into the hippest area in Paris a few years back. A few years ago, however, it decamped to this new, large space hidden in a courtyard behind iron gates. It offers an organic juice bar, caipirinhas and mojitos, guest DJs, and an almost nonstop Latino party atmosphere. Métro: République.
