Batofar is an old Port of Paris lighthouse tug, now refitted to include a bar and concert venue that's become one of the hippest spots in town. While the Batofar tends to have better music, the neighboring glass-paneled Guinguette Pirate and floating garden El Alamein edge out the tugboat when it comes to tippling with a view.
