Le Coq au Vin Chef-owner Louis Perrotte is something of a culinary god in Orlando, but he doesn't let it go to his head. He operates a modest little kitchen in a small house in south Orlando. Perrotte's homey eatery is usually filled with locals who appreciate the lovely traditional French fare: braised chicken with red wine, mushrooms and bacon, bronzed grouper with toasted pecans and Long Island duck with green peppercorns.
