Bistro de Paris The great secret in the France pavilion -- and, indeed, in all of Epcot -- is the Bistro de Paris, upstairs from Les Chefs de France. The sophisticated menu reflects the cutting edge of French cooking; representative dishes include roasted rack of venison with a black-pepper sauce, pan-seared lobster served in its own bisque, and seared scallops with black truffle potato puree. Escargot, as an appetizer, is a relative bargain at $10. Save room for the Grand Marnier-flambéed crepes. Come late, ask for a window seat, and plan to linger to watch the nightly Epcot light show. Moderately priced French wines are available by the glass. Address France, Walt Disney World, FL, USAPayment Info American ExpressMasterCard Visa |
