It bills itself as "the home of paella," and that's probably the best choice. If you have a good appetite and you either called to order ahead or can spare the 75-minute wait, then try the boliche, a tender eye round roast stuffed with spicy chorizo in a tomato-based sauce with a side order of plantains.
