At this Disney fantasy, the servers work in man-woman pairs, reciting specials in tandem. It's one of the plushest fine-dining experiences in Florida: a regal meal in a lavish, Victorian-style room. The seven-course, prix-fixe menu ($90; wine is an additional $45) as well as many of the entrées change daily. Appetizers might include veal sweetbreads or artichokes in a mushroom-based sauce; entrées may be grilled prime filet over cipollini onion risotto or veal tenderloin with cauliflower potato puree. There are two seatings, at 5:45 and 9. In July and August, there's usually just one seating -- at 6:30. Chef's table dinner event is $115-$162 (with wine pairing) per person. Reservations essential.
