The company that operates Manuel's on the 28th also runs the Boheme. No panorama here, but the food is every bit as adventurous. The menu changes frequently. As a prelude, try the escargot nouvelle with mushrooms stuffed into a puffed pastry. On offer for entrées are such dishes as roasted chilean sea bass with a pecorino crust and lobster sauce or the corn-fed Angus beef, which is always on the menu. At breakfast, the French toast with a triple sec-strawberry glaze is an excellent way to awaken your palate. Sunday brunch is worthwhile: you can get prime rib and sushi as well as omelets.
