If the name of this sparkling downtown eatery makes you think that it should be contained within Disney property, it's because the place is a product of Johnny Rivers, a former head chef at Disney, who clearly believes Orlando restaurants need silly names. The food is serious business, however. Sure, there's great conch chowder and black bean soup, but other good offerings include peanut-crusted grouper with ginger soy sauce, fire-roasted chicken with cinnamon sweet potatoes, and a great filet mignon with brandy mushroom sauce. There's a big aquarium indoors; outside there's a fine sidewalk seating area.
