Built to resemble Rome's Coliseum, this 800-seat restaurant is the largest of the 100-odd Hard Rocks in the world, but getting a seat at lunch can still require a long wait. The music is always loud and the walls are filled with rock memorabilia. The most popular menu item is still the $8.49 burger, with the baby-back ribs and the homemade-style meat loaf both strong contenders. If you don't eat red meat, then try the roasted vegetable pasta with pesto. The best dessert is the $5 chocolate chip cookie (it's big), which is covered with ice cream. Reservations not accepted.
