This cigar store and bistro used to be the one Orlando restaurant in which you could smoke with impunity, but Florida's tough public smoking law changed that. Still, there's a private club room where even the ladies light up big stogies. The menu is limited but creative, with choices like a homemade soup of the day, a credible Cuban sandwich, and a fine bruschetta (toasted bread) with olives, tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. The dinner menu includes rack of lamb, prime rib, and blackened grouper. In addition to the cigars, Art's also has a good selection of single-malt scotch and brandies.
