Osteria del Circo Opened by the sons of celebrity restaurateur Sirio Maccioni (Le Cirque 2000), this less formal place celebrates the Tuscan cooking of their mother Egi. The contemporary menu offers a wide selection and includes some traditional Tuscan specialties, such as Egi's ricotta-and-spinach-filled ravioli, tossed in butter and sage and gratinéed with imported Parmesan.
