Chelsea's chic art crowd seems to want good food, good prices, and a good atmosphere at their hangouts. They get it alla italiana at this smartly designed, mixed-price west Chelsea restaurant. The menu is straightforward -- mixed fry of seafood and vegetables, arugula salad with fennel, halibut with olives, stewed rabbit. Service is slow but attractive and friendly.
