The Factory churns out the dance music: Wednesday is the mixed flashback "That '80s Night"; Friday, the lesbian night "Girl Bar." In the adjoining Ultra Suede (661 N. Robertson Blvd.), there's '80s and '90s pop on Wednesday and Friday. Saturday, the two houses combine for an event called "The Factory" -- except on the first Saturday of the month, when Ultra Suede hosts a gay Asian night. Covers range from $5 to $15.
