Fais Do-Do is all about rotating theme nights with sounds ranging from roots-rock and reggae to hip-hop and blues. The sounds primarily come from DJs; there's a liberal sprinkling of bands, but they're not the main draw. The Cajun-cum-California cuisine (paired with beer or wine; no hard drinks) doesn't hurt either. Cover is $3-$15.
